Baby Colin was nearly 3 weeks old when we did his newborn photo session. Which, some of you know, I tend to do the majority of my newborn sessions before baby is older than 10 days. The reason for trying to get babies in before the 10 day mark is because they are still sleepy and able to easily be positioned in those adorable curly poses you see. However, when Colin’s mom contacted me and told me the importance of capturing her last baby, I wanted to do everything I could to give her some amazing memories. Long story short, Colin did awesome during his session… Mom cried when she saw the video of her images…. and I have nothing but positive things to say about working with “older” newborns.
